Issue:

The promoters of the Calabar International Trade Fair intend to hold an annual 10,000-vendor trade fair. This trade fair coincides with the annual Calabar Carnival that takes place annually in Calabar.

However, there are not enough rooms in Calabar to handle the large influx of people.

The promoters need a solution.

Solution:

In partnership with staff from the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company, we came up with a plan for an eco-park to house the annual visitors to Calabar
